Sprinkle & Crumb started as a Sunday hobby on a wobbly kitchen table in 2019. Today we run a sun-drenched corner shop in Brooklyn with a team of seven people who genuinely love what they do.

Every cake is mixed, frosted and decorated by an actual human.

Our coffee comes from roasters within a 30-mile radius.

If it doesn't make us smile, we don't put it on the menu.
Our promise
If something we baked today isn't sold by closing time, we donate it to the local shelter. Nothing good goes to waste — and that means we bake to order whenever we can. Pre-order your cake at least 48 hours in advance for the freshest experience.
